Karen L. Arnett and Jane E. Kerrigan make up the team that comprises Arnett & Kerrigan, P.L. Karen's legal career began in 1972. She has practiced in a broad range of areas with civil litigation the primary focus, choosing now to focus primarily on estate planning, asset protection planning and bankruptcy law. Jane's legal career began in a large law firm downtown Chicago, Illinois, in 2004. Jane moved to Florida to serve the legal needs of the community of Northwest Florida. Jane with a background in civil litigation, chooses now to concentrate in the areas of condominium law, real property law and business law. They are well versed in representing a client's interest through litigation, if necessary.
Both Karen L. Arnett and Jane E. Kerrigan are admitted to practice in federal court in the Northern District of Florida. Ms. Arnett is also admitted to practice in federal bankruptcy court in the Northern District.
