Mr. Garrity joined Arnett Law Office in 2008.  He has extensive experience in Real-Estate and Corporate matters, including Title Insurance, Developmental and Administrative law matters, and Construction Contract issues.

Focus includes closing commercial and residential transactions, and generating all documents incidental thereto.  He has done extensive work in drafting covenants and restrictions for residential developers and Homeowners Associations, and further administering the initial HOA meetings. He also   focuses on Real Estate litigation matters, probate, creation of HOA’s, Walton County Land Code compliance issues.

Mr. Garrity has also performed crucial work on the creation of the Limited Liability Companies and other entities.  Mr. Garrity also has experience in underwriting title insurance and claims functions related to real estate litigation, and in lobbying the Florida legislative branch on issues vital to Real Estate.
